New SITE GB member Laura Sabzabadi has worked in the hotel industry her entire working life, starting on the front desk while still studying at university many years ago and working her way up. She’s spent the last 15 years in sales, including the last 10 years at Radisson Hotel Group, where she is currently in a Key Account Manager and absolutely loves her job.

Why SITE?

Radisson Hotel Group now has memberships in all 3 SITE chapters (GB, Scotland and Ireland). I have joined SITE GB to network and promote our unique properties in the UK as well as rest of the world with all the amazing incentive destinations that we have.

The elevator pitch…

As a Key Account Manager, I look after a portfolio of our lovely UK based clients that have accommodation, meeting & events, groups and any incentive business requirements in the UK&I and the rest of the world. We have nine distinctive global brands that fit a wide range of travellers and budgets. We focus our work on delivering memorable moments, acting as a true host and being the best partner, delivering on our brand promise – Every Moment Matters!

What’s new?

We are continuously opening new hotels in exiting worldwide destinations and our global portfolio of brands are designed to meet the needs of the changing travel sector. Our distinctive brands are clearly segmented and tailored to be relevant to our partners and guests. We have recently opened several new resort properties and many hotels in some of Europe’s coolest destinations such as Mykonos, Santorini and Barcelona.   

In the UK, we have the exciting new opening of the Radisson RED Liverpool, planned for the end of September 2022, and are also expanding the Radisson RED brand with a further five properties in strategic UK destinations (London Heathrow, London Greenwich, London Gatwick, Glasgow and now Liverpool) and worldwide with Madrid and many others.  

I love working in events and incentives because…

We have beautiful hotels and resorts worldwide that can cater for various incentive events and groups that I am honoured to represent. The biggest reward for me is a happy client that will remember us for delivering a memorable event and wanting to come back. We work hard at Radisson to deliver a ‘Yes I Can’ service attitude. I love for our guests to feel at home, relaxed and get inspired during their visit to one of our properties.
